Frank were invited to pitch for the development of a new digital platform for Healthier Futures.
The website was to reflect their expansion in services and recent rebrand. They also required a digital platform that offered ease of use and flexibility, allowing Healthier Futures staff to spend less time managing their site.
What we delivered
Given the nature of the Healthier Futures organisation, it was very important that we scoped out the user journey extensively prior to the development of the website.
The scoping encompassed all aspects of the organisation: how Healthier Futures engaged with their stakeholders and clients, and how best to present their services in a way that was relevant and clearly understood.
We held 3 engagement sessions with their stakeholders to run through user journey, creative look and feel and functionality. Upon reaching buy-in across the stakeholder group and ensuring that the specification was reflective of Healthier Futures' needs, we developed the site, and went live within the specified launch date.
Ongoing secure hosting and support contracts ensure that 8 months after go-live the site is bedded into Healthier Futures and is being used to its full potential.
